Booking Terms & Conditions

I AGREE THIS AUTHORIZATION IS TO BE USED FOR TRAVEL SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEPOSITS, PAYMENT IN

FULL FOR AIRLINE TICKETS, CRUISE, TOURS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, CHANGES, RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS AND

CANCELLATION FEES. I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING:

AOH Travel will make every effort to honor the price as originally quoted, however, under certain circumstances, additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components.

Certain suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.

Flight confirmation is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of deposit, including price increases in the price of a seat, the price for baggage, applicable fuel surcharges, or an increase in a government-imposed fee or tax.

Once purchased, US air transaction prices will not increase, except for potential charges resulting from government-imposed taxes or fees. I consent to pay for such charges and authorize AOH Travel to charge my credit card for such additional amounts. This consent applies to all travel arranged by AOH Travel at my request, which includes US scheduled air transportation.

Passport copies are required to confirm international air reservations.

I acknowledge and accept there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services, which have been provided to me in writing. I agree with all such cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable.

I have reviewed and accept AOH Travel’s Fee Structure on behalf of myself (and anyone in my party).

I authorize AOH Travel to use my credit card to make payments with suppliers outlined in the Invoice.

If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or AOH Travel is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract between myself and AOH

As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, please acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, travel plans booked by AOH Travel may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which AOH Travel has no control. Please acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, understand that should you elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. AOH Travel shall be held harmless and released from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, you may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans. By agreeing to have AOH Travel book your travel arrangements you agree to these terms.
